Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SovereignShield, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Kragworks.

2. Description of Service

SovereignShield is a mobile privacy application for iPhone that provides VPN tunnel services, DNS encryption, location data substitution, telemetry interception, and related privacy protection features. The service is provided as-is for lawful personal privacy protection.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SovereignShield. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Acceptable Use

SovereignShield is provided for lawful personal privacy protection. You agree not to use SovereignShield to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent legal obligations or court orders
• Commit fraud or engage in deceptive practices that harm third parties
• Interfere with emergency services or public safety systems
• Engage in activities that infringe the rights of others

Using SovereignShield for lawful privacy protection — including protecting yourself from commercial surveillance, data brokers, and tracking — is the intended and permitted use.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

SovereignShield offers three tiers: Lite (free), Pro ($9.99/month or $79.99/year), and Node ($29.99/month or $249.99/year). Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice.

5.2 Apple App Store Billing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Kragworks does not receive or store your payment information. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your Apple ID settings.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations.

5.4 Node Hardware

The Node tier includes a hardware device. Hardware purchases are final. Defective hardware will be replaced within 90 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

SovereignShield and all related technology, including the "replace, don't block" doctrine as implemented, are proprietary to Kragworks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your personal devices. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute SovereignShield.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SovereignShield is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Kragworks does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular privacy outcome. No privacy tool provides absolute protection. We make reasonable efforts to maintain effectiveness but cannot guarantee results against all surveillance techniques.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kragworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SovereignShield. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kragworks in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
