We collect almost nothing. Here's exactly what that means.
SovereignShield exists to protect your data. We do not collect it.
Everything the app does happens on your device. Your real location, network traffic, and device identifiers are never sent to Kragworks or any third party.
The VPN tunnel processes your network traffic locally to replace tracking data before it leaves your device. We never see the contents of your traffic.
We have no user accounts. We have no user database. We cannot comply with a data request about you because we have no data about you.
Kragworks is a Colorado-based company that develops SovereignShield, a mobile privacy platform for iPhone. Privacy inquiries: privacy@kragworks.net
This Privacy Policy applies to the SovereignShield iOS application, the Kragworks website, and the SovereignShield Node hardware component and associated daemon software.
Kragworks does not collect, store, transmit, or have access to:
The VPN tunnel and all data processing in SovereignShield operate entirely on your device. Traffic processed by the tunnel never passes through Kragworks infrastructure.
Subscription data: When you purchase a subscription, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. Kragworks receives only: confirmation a valid subscription exists, the tier (Lite, Pro, or Node), and the expiration date. We do not receive your payment information or Apple ID.
Support communications: If you contact us, we receive your email and the message contents. Used solely to respond. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Crash reports (optional): If you opt in, anonymized crash logs may be transmitted. These contain no personal information, location data, or device identifiers. Off by default.
The limited data we receive is used solely for: providing the subscription service, responding to support inquiries, and improving the app based on anonymized crash data (if opted in). We do not use any data for advertising. We do not sell data. We do not share data with data brokers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. We may disclose information only if required by a valid court order under US law — and because we collect almost nothing, the scope of any such disclosure is extremely limited.
SovereignShield is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact privacy@kragworks.net if you believe a child has provided us information.
As a Colorado resident you have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of sale of personal data. We do not sell data or engage in targeted advertising. Submit requests to privacy@kragworks.net. We respond within 45 days.
SovereignShield does not sell personal information as defined under CCPA. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Submit privacy requests to privacy@kragworks.net.
Legal basis for processing: subscription data on the basis of contract performance; support emails on legitimate interest; crash reports on your consent. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact: privacy@kragworks.net
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the limited personal data we hold. Because the vast majority of SovereignShield's processing occurs locally on your device, the attack surface for a Kragworks data breach is minimal by design.
Apple App Store and StoreKit: Subscription purchases processed by Apple. Apple's privacy policy governs those transactions.
SovereignShield integrates zero third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or data collection services.
We will notify users of material changes via in-app notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated.
